As you all know, I’ve been engaged for quite some time now. Time is winding down and within the next 12 months, hopefully be a Misses Postman. I recently began attending a new church and it’s been a month. Saturday evening we had a family gym night and I talked to a few other people who apparently thought we were already married. So I guess David and I will be getting serious about our wedding plans.
I’ve recently taken a huge admiration to weddings. I don’t want a wedding. I just want a small something and have a party afterwards. However, I still find weddings to be beautiful. Women who plan weddings are heroes in my eyes. Weddings are very inspirational to graphic design, fashion design, and interior design. It combines all three design elements and they’re wonderful to take inspiration from. I’ve decided to share with you all some wedding photography that inspires me.
Those weddings that you posted look really nice =] That is cool that you guys are getting serious about your wedding. I bet it’s pretty exciting too!

Wow those photos are beautiful! Awww I had no idea you were engaged. I’m engaged also. I don’t want a wedding either but I want a huge party recession lol. We’ve finally decided on the month but still no day smh.

What beautiful wedding photos! Congratulations on your engagement and I hope that you enjoy planning your upcoming wedding more than I did. I was so stressed out but it was still sorta fun… hehe… one advice I could give you is to find a really good wedding photographer that you could get along with really well and also one whose style is you admire. I know of many brides who weren’t happy at all with their wedding pictures, so I really think that choosing the right photographer is important. Have fun planning your wedding!

Gah, I am a sucker for wedding design & planning as well! It was the career I wanted to go into when I was a teen.
I have a friend who lives out in California who is a photographer — she has some really gorgeous and inspiring photos from weddings & engagement photos as well. My fiance and I are planning to head out there this summer for a photo shoot, I can not wait.
